Do credits expire?
No. Pay-as-you-go hours stay in your account until you use them.
How are credits counted?
By the length of the audio, rounded up to the second. If a transcription fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
What does fair use mean on Unlimited?
Unlimited covers up to 100 hours of audio per 30 days — far more than typical use. It exists to prevent reselling or automated bulk use.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page. You keep Unlimited until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Try the free plan first to make sure it works for you. Hours used by a failed transcription are always returned automatically, and if you think you were charged in error, email us within 30 days.
