How accurate is the transcription?
We use state-of-the-art AI speech recognition. Clear recordings typically come out near-verbatim; heavy background noise, people talking over each other and very strong accents reduce accuracy.
What happens to my files?
Audio is converted in your browser, uploaded only to transcribe it, and deleted as soon as the transcript is ready. If only a free preview was transcribed, the rest is kept for 7 days so you can unlock it, then deleted. You can delete transcripts at any time.
How long are my transcripts kept?
If you're signed in, until you delete them or delete your account. A file transcribed without signing in is kept for 7 days; sign in on the same browser to move it to your account and keep it.
How long can a file be?
Up to 10 hours. On the free plan, files up to 30 minutes are transcribed in full; for longer files we transcribe the first 30 minutes for free and you can unlock the rest with hours or Pro — no need to upload again.
What's the difference between pay-as-you-go and Pro?
Pay-as-you-go credits are a one-time purchase that never expires — good for occasional long files. Pro is a subscription with no daily file limit and 100 hours of audio in any rolling 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from your account page; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
